Who is Blackbell? We’re a small software company that makes e-commerce web-based software primarily for the small business market. We’ve been in business since 2011.
Why are you charging us? This is a one-time charge or a recurring charge for a product of service you bought from a business using Blackbell to run their online bookings and payments.
Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time Blackbell is used to process a payment we send an invoice to the email address you provided when you signed up to the small business ecommerce webapp that runs on Blackbell.
